Data Deletion

This page confirms how Byvano, operated by Seztech Inc., handles requests to delete data connected through Instagram (and other social platforms).

What gets deleted

When you remove Byvano from your Instagram account, or submit a data deletion request through Instagram, we automatically and permanently delete:

• Your Instagram account connection and the access token we stored
• Any Instagram media (Reels/videos) and metadata you imported into Byvano
• Product tags and widget associations tied to that imported media

Request deletion manually

You can also request deletion at any time by emailing contact@byvano.com from the address associated with your account, or from within Byvano under Settings. We honor Instagram's deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks automatically.
