How Byvano pricing compares

Most shoppable video apps bill on impressions or video views. Byvano bills on how many videos you publish. That distinction matters more than the headline number, so it is worth setting the two models side by side.

Pricing verified 28 July 2026. Read from vendor pricing pages and Shopify App Store listings — see the comparison pages for sources.

SpriiReported at $995/mo (Sprii Social)Plan-tier based rather than per-view, but entry pricing starts near $1,000/mo

On a metered plan, the months your marketing works are the months your software bill rises. A product page that goes viral raises impressions, raises overage and raises the invoice — at exactly the point where ad spend and fulfilment are already pressuring margin. Tolstoy charges $10 per additional 1,000 impressions; Vidjet moves you up a view tier; Firework is publicly reported at $5–$10 per 1,000 views.

Byvano caps plans by published video count, which is a number you set at planning time rather than one the market sets for you. Growth is $99/mo for unlimited videos, and it stays $99/mo whether the widget is seen a thousand times or a million.

This is not a claim that metering is wrong. It ties cost to usage, which is defensible. It is a claim that you should price the model, not the sticker — and that a tool which is cheaper at 5,000 impressions can be considerably more expensive at 500,000.

Which plan is right for your store

Free — validating the idea

Five videos, one connected social account and a carousel widget, with a small Byvano credit on the storefront. Enough to put video on your three best-selling product pages and see whether conversion moves before you spend anything. Most merchants know within two weeks.

Starter, $29/mo — a working programme

Twenty-five videos, two social accounts, every widget format, basic analytics and no storefront branding. This is the right tier for a catalogue where a few dozen products carry most of the revenue: enough video to cover your top sellers properly rather than sampling them.

Growth, $99/mo — full catalogue coverage

Unlimited videos, all social accounts, full analytics including attributed revenue, and priority support. The tier that makes sense once video is part of how you merchandise rather than an experiment — and the point at which unlimited stops being a marketing word and starts saving you money against a metered competitor.

Enterprise — custom

Custom integrations, a dedicated manager and API access, arranged by agreement. Enterprise is contact-only and is never sold through the Shopify App Store.

Billing, trials and cancellation

Byvano bills through two entirely separate channels, and which one applies to you depends on how you installed — not on which you would prefer.

  • Installed through the Shopify App Store: Free, Starter and Growth are billed in Shopify Admin under Apps → Byvano. No card is stored on byvano.com, and nothing appears on a separate invoice.
  • Signed up on byvano.com, or running WooCommerce: billing runs through the byvano.com dashboard and may use Stripe checkout.
  • Enterprise: arranged separately by agreement with Seztech Inc. and invoiced directly. It never appears on your Shopify bill.

Paid plans include a 60-day free trial and no card is required to start. Annual billing saves 20% — Starter is $278/year and Growth is $950/year, billed through Shopify.

Cancelling follows the same split: Shopify merchants cancel in Shopify Admin, everyone else from the byvano.com dashboard. Existing videos stay in your library, and because Byvano streams from your connected accounts rather than taking ownership of your files, the originals remain yours regardless.

If you exceed your video limit, you are notified and can upgrade. Videos already published keep working — the limit governs how many more you can add, not whether your storefront keeps rendering.
