WooCommerce gives you a product gallery built for images. You can force video into it with a plugin, and the result is usually a video that plays, is not tagged, is not measured, and sits in a lightbox where nobody finds it. The gap between "there is a video on this page" and "this video sells the product" is where most WooCommerce video plugins stop.
Self-hosting compounds the problem. A WooCommerce store on shared hosting that serves its own MP4 files is paying for that decision twice: once in bandwidth, and once in the Largest Contentful Paint penalty that a 12 MB autoplaying hero video imposes on every visitor.
