Scheduling + video commerce in one tool
Plan a week of Facebook and Instagram content in one calendar, publish it automatically, and read what it actually did. Byvano is the only scheduler that also puts the winning video back on your product page with the product tagged in it.

Most social media schedulers were designed for publishers. The job they solve is getting a piece of content out at a chosen time across as many networks as possible, and they solve it well. The metric they optimise for is reach, because for a media brand reach is the product. An ecommerce brand borrowing that tool inherits its assumptions, and the assumptions do not fit.
The mismatch shows up in a specific place. An online store publishes a Reel, the Reel does well, and then the Reel is over. It earned its impressions in the first forty-eight hours, the feed moved on, and the asset that convinced people to want the product is now three screens down a grid that nobody scrolls. Meanwhile the product page that needs exactly that convincing is still showing photography. The scheduler did its job and the brand still lost the asset.
The second mismatch is measurement. A publisher-oriented tool reports impressions, engagement rate and follower growth, because those are the numbers a publisher sells. A store needs to know which video moved product. Engagement is a proxy for that at best, and a misleading one often — the funniest clip and the clip that sells are rarely the same clip.
Byvano is built the other way round. Scheduling is the front half of a loop that ends on your storefront: publish to Facebook and Instagram from one calendar, see which videos earned attention, and then place those specific videos on your product, collection or home pages with the products tagged inside them. The content keeps working after the feed forgets it.
Connect a Facebook Page and an Instagram Business or Creator account through OAuth from the dashboard. Byvano stores encrypted tokens and refreshes them in the background, so a connection does not quietly expire the week you are busiest. Multiple Pages and multiple Instagram accounts can be connected to one workspace.
Write the caption, attach media from the built-in library or upload it, and pick the content type. Byvano validates the post against each destination before you schedule it rather than after it fails — Instagram has no link post and a 2,200-character caption limit, Facebook allows both, and the composer enforces the difference while you type.
One composed post can target several accounts at once. Each destination is its own publish target with its own status, so a Facebook post succeeding and an Instagram post failing are two separate outcomes you can see and retry independently, not one ambiguous "partially sent".
Pick a date and time in the timezone you actually work in. A worker checks the queue every minute and publishes through the official Graph endpoints — there is no browser automation and nothing that violates a platform term of service.
Published posts pull their insights back from Facebook and Instagram, so the calendar becomes a record of what happened rather than a record of what you intended.
Take the Reels that earned attention, tag your products onto them, and publish them as a carousel, grid, stories or floating widget on Shopify or WooCommerce. This is the step no other scheduler performs, and it is the reason the loop is worth closing.
Vagueness about platform support is the most common way scheduling tools disappoint people, so here is the exact position rather than a logo wall.
Text, photo, video, Reel and link posts publish to Facebook Pages through the Pages API. Link posts render a preview card. First comments are supported. Personal Facebook profiles cannot be published to by any tool, Byvano included, because Meta does not expose an endpoint for it — a product claiming otherwise is either using your login credentials directly or describing a Page.
Photos, videos, Reels and Stories publish to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Captions run to 2,200 characters, hashtags and mentions work, and alt text can be set on images. Instagram has no text-only or link post type, so the composer does not offer one. Byvano does not request comment-management permission, which means first comments are unavailable on Instagram — a deliberate trade, because that single convenience would widen the consent screen every merchant has to approve.
The LinkedIn adapter, OAuth flow and callback are written and the platform appears in the dashboard marked accordingly. Publishing switches on when Marketing Developer Platform access is granted. It is listed here rather than hidden because a roadmap you can verify is worth more than a surprise.
X, Threads and Pinterest are not supported. If those are core to your programme, a general-purpose scheduler will serve you better for them, and that is a straight answer rather than a sales one.
A scheduling tool lives or dies on the boring parts. Byvano keeps a media library with folders and tags, so the clip you shot in March is findable in September without hunting through a download folder named "final_v3". Assets uploaded once can be reused across any number of posts, and video imported from your connected accounts lands in the same library as video you uploaded directly.
The calendar view shows what is queued, what published and what failed, per destination. Failures carry the platform error rather than a generic apology, which matters because most publish failures have a specific and fixable cause — an expired token, a video that exceeds a duration limit, a media file the platform could not fetch.
An AI assistant drafts captions and variations from a prompt or an existing post. It is a drafting aid and is presented as one: the output lands in the composer for you to edit, never straight into the queue. Automated posting is a scheduling feature; automated writing without review is how a brand voice dissolves.
Byvano has a Free plan that is a real plan rather than a seven-day trial with a countdown. Paid plans start at $29/month. Full limits are on the pricing page, and there is no per-view metering — a video that unexpectedly does well does not generate an unexpected invoice, which is a failure mode worth naming because several video commerce tools price exactly that way.
Merchants who install through Shopify are billed inside Shopify Admin under Apps, so the charge appears on the Shopify invoice they already reconcile rather than as a separate card payment.
Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts, both live today. Facebook accepts text, photo, video, Reel and link posts; Instagram accepts photos, videos, Reels and Stories. LinkedIn is built and awaiting Marketing Developer Platform access. X, Threads and Pinterest are not supported.
It publishes automatically. A worker checks the queue every minute and posts through the official Facebook and Instagram Graph endpoints at the scheduled time. There is no push notification asking you to finish the job by hand, which is how several tools handle Instagram.
Yes. Connect as many Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts as your plan allows and target several from a single composed post. Each destination tracks its own status, so one failing does not obscure the others succeeding.
Yes, a Business or Creator account. This is an Instagram requirement rather than a Byvano one — the Content Publishing API is not available for personal accounts, so no scheduling tool can publish to one. Converting is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
Those are mature general-purpose schedulers covering more networks than Byvano does, and for a pure publishing workflow across many platforms they are strong tools. Byvano covers fewer networks and adds the step none of them have: turning the video you published into a shoppable widget on your Shopify or WooCommerce store with your products tagged inside it. If you need X and Pinterest, choose them. If your content is Facebook and Instagram video and your goal is store revenue, the loop Byvano closes is the difference.
Publishing through the official API is not treated differently from posting in the app — the platforms provide these endpoints precisely so businesses can use them. What does affect reach is content quality, posting consistency and format fit. Scheduling helps the consistency variable and does nothing to the others.
The destination is marked failed with the platform error attached, and it stays visible in the calendar rather than disappearing. Most failures are an expired token, a media file the platform could not fetch, or a video outside the platform duration limits — all of which are visible and fixable rather than mysterious.
Yes, and it is a standing plan rather than a trial. Paid plans start at $29/month with no per-view metering. Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify Admin.
