    Create your free account

    Sign up with your email. No card is needed — every feature is unlocked for your first six months.

    Connect your store and social accounts

    Open Connections. Add your WooCommerce store with the Byvano plugin, then connect Instagram, YouTube or a Facebook Page and choose what Byvano may do with each one.

    • Install the WooCommerce plugin and paste a key
    • Pick import, publishing or insights per account
    • Shopify: connect directly with your .myshopify.com address (beta)
    • Any other store: add products by hand or from a feed

    Import videos and tag products

    Choose the Reels and Shorts you want on your store, or upload an MP4. Then search your catalogue and tag the products each video shows.

    Publish a shoppable widget

    Create a widget, pick one of five layouts and where it should appear, and order the videos. On WooCommerce, pick a product-page widget in the plugin or place any widget with a shortcode.

    Schedule your social posts

    Write a post, attach media or a shoppable video, preview it and pick a time. Byvano publishes it to your Facebook Page and Instagram account for you.

Your first two weeks

A simple plan that works

The tool is quick to set up. Getting results comes from putting the right videos in the right places.

Day 1 — start small

Import 8–12 videos that already did well on social. Tag the product each one shows and add a carousel to your three best-selling product pages.

Days 2–7 — keep posting

Schedule a week of posts in one sitting. Reuse your strongest shoppable videos as Reels so social and store tell the same story.

Days 8–14 — read and adjust

Check which videos get product clicks. Move the winners higher, swap out the rest, and add Stories to your homepage.

Setup questions

How long does setup take?+
Most merchants connect an account and publish their first widget in about ten minutes. Building a library that covers your best sellers — importing 20 to 30 videos and tagging each one — usually takes around an hour.
Do I need a developer?+
No. WooCommerce stores install the Byvano plugin like any other WordPress plugin and place widgets with a shortcode that works in any page builder. There is no theme code to edit.
Which videos should I import first?+
Start with the eight to twelve clips that already did well on social and clearly show a product in use. Put them on your best-selling product pages first, then expand once you see which ones get clicks.
Can I use the scheduler without a store?+
Yes. The scheduler works on its own — connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account and start planning posts. You can add a store later.
