No, videos are pulled directly from your social media accounts. You can also upload videos directly if needed.

No. The Byvano widget loads asynchronously and doesn't affect your store's page load speed or Core Web Vitals.

Use the visual Tag Products editor in your dashboard. Select a video, search your product catalog, and click to tag. Products appear as clickable overlays in the video player.

Yes! Tagged products show name, price, and an Add to Cart button right inside the video player. No page redirects needed.

Yes. The Free plan includes 5 videos, 1 social account, and the basic carousel widget (with Powered by Byvano on your storefront). No credit card required on Shopify.

Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel directly from your dashboard.

Shopify App Store installs are billed only through your Shopify admin (Apps → Byvano → plan & billing). WooCommerce and direct byvano.com accounts use Stripe on byvano.com.
