YouTube, Instagram and Facebook in one calendar
Pick a video, write the title and description, choose the day and time, and Byvano uploads it to your YouTube channel when the time comes. Vertical videos go out as Shorts. The same calendar holds your Instagram and Facebook posts.
Free plan available. No credit card required.
In Byvano you connect your YouTube channel, choose a video from your media library, set the title, description, privacy and category, and pick a date and time. Byvano uploads the video to your channel at that time through the official YouTube API. A vertical video of up to three minutes is published as a Short. It is free until 17 March 2027, with no credit card.

YouTube Studio can schedule a video by itself, and it does that well. What it cannot do is show you the rest of your week. If the same product video is also going to Instagram as a Reel and to your Facebook Page, you end up planning one campaign in three different places and keeping the dates in your head.
For a store, a short product video is rarely made for one network. The clip that shows how a product is used works as a YouTube Short, as an Instagram Reel and as a Facebook Reel. Scheduling all three from one composer means the caption is written once, the video is uploaded once, and the calendar shows the whole plan.
YouTube also has something the other networks do not: videos keep being found through search for months. A Short published today can still bring views next quarter. That makes a steady upload rhythm worth more on YouTube than anywhere else, and a steady rhythm is exactly what scheduling is for.
In the dashboard open Connections and connect YouTube. You sign in on Google’s own screen and choose the channel, which can be a personal channel or a Brand Account. Byvano never sees your Google password.
Pick a video from your Byvano media library or upload a new one. MP4, MOV and WebM files are accepted.
Write a title of up to 100 characters, or leave it empty and the first line of your caption is used. The caption becomes the description. Choose public, unlisted or private, and pick a category.
YouTube requires every upload to say whether the video is made for kids. Byvano asks this each time and will not schedule the video until it is answered.
Choose when the video should go out, in your own timezone. You can also publish immediately or keep it as a draft.
At the scheduled time Byvano uploads the video to your channel. If the connection drops in the middle, the upload continues from where it stopped, so the same video is not posted twice.
There is no separate upload for Shorts. YouTube decides by itself: a vertical video of up to three minutes becomes a Short, and anything else is a regular video. Byvano uploads your file as it is. It does not add hashtags or change your title to force a video into Shorts.
Byvano sends the title and description you typed. The only change it makes is removing the characters < and >, because YouTube rejects them. A description is cut only if it is longer than YouTube allows.
After the upload, Byvano reads the view, like and comment counts for each video and shows them next to your Instagram and Facebook results.
This is the part that is specific to Byvano. The video you scheduled to YouTube can also be shown on your own store, on the product page, with the product tagged under it. A visitor watches the video and opens the product from there.
On the store, YouTube videos play in YouTube’s own embedded player. Byvano does not download or re-host them, and the product tags sit outside the player, so nothing covers YouTube’s controls.
Shoppable video works on WooCommerce through a plugin, on Shopify through a direct connection that is in beta, and on any other website through an embed snippet.
Byvano uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos and read their statistics, and using it means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Byvano asks for two permissions: to upload videos to your channel and to view your channel.
You can disconnect the channel at any time from Connections in the dashboard, or remove Byvano’s access from your Google Account security settings. Videos that were already uploaded stay on your channel. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored.
Yes. Upload a vertical video of up to three minutes and YouTube publishes it as a Short. There is no separate Shorts setting, because YouTube makes that decision itself.
Yes. Until 17 March 2027 every Byvano feature is free with no credit card, and YouTube scheduling is part of that. After that a Free plan remains and paid plans start at $29 per month.
It uploads the video itself, through the official YouTube API, at the time you chose. You do not need to be online.
Yes. You choose the privacy setting for each video in the composer. Public is the default.
Yes. Select all three as destinations in one post. Each destination has its own status, so you can see if one failed while the others were published.
YouTube requires this declaration on every upload. Byvano passes your answer to YouTube and does not guess it for you.
The post is marked as failed with the reason YouTube gave. If the failure was a dropped connection, Byvano continues the same upload instead of starting a new one, so your channel does not get a duplicate.
