CSV in, scheduled posts out
Fill in a spreadsheet, upload it, check the preview, and a month of Instagram and Facebook posts is on your calendar. Byvano validates every row first and shows you what is wrong with it before a single post is created.
Free plan available. No credit card required.
In Byvano you upload a CSV file with six columns: Media, Caption, Hashtags, CTA, Platform and Schedule Time. Each row becomes one post for Instagram or Facebook. Byvano validates the file, shows a preview with the errors and warnings for each row, and creates the scheduled posts only after you accept the preview. One file can hold up to 500 rows.

Writing posts one at a time in a composer is fine for three posts. For thirty it is the slowest part of running a social calendar: open, paste, attach, pick a date, save, repeat. The writing itself usually already exists somewhere else, in a spreadsheet or a planning document that the team agreed on.
Bulk scheduling removes the retyping. The spreadsheet you planned in becomes the thing you upload. For a store this fits the way content is actually produced: a product launch, a sale week or a seasonal campaign is planned as a batch, and it makes sense to schedule it as one.
The risk with bulk tools is the silent failure. One bad date format or a broken image link in row 17, and you find out on the day the post was meant to go out. That is why the preview step in Byvano is not optional: the file is checked completely before anything is written.
In the dashboard open Media Library, choose Import, and download the CSV template. It contains the header row and one example post.
Media is a full https:// link to an image or video. Caption is the post text. Hashtags are separated by commas or spaces, with or without the # sign. CTA is either a link, or a label and a link written as Label|https://url. Platform is FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM. Schedule Time is written as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM.
Drop the CSV onto the import area or choose it from your computer. Up to 500 rows are read from one file.
Every row is shown with a status of Ready, Warning or Error, and the reason next to it. A date in the wrong format or in the past, a missing platform, a media link that is not a full https:// address or a network you have not connected is caught here rather than at publish time.
Rows that passed become scheduled posts on your calendar. Rows with a blank Schedule Time are saved as drafts, so you can add the time later.
Imported posts behave like any other post. Open one to edit it, or drag it to another slot on the calendar.
Each row targets one network. To publish the same content to Instagram and to Facebook, add two rows. This keeps the result of each post separate, so one failing never hides the other succeeding.
The Media column takes a public https:// link. If your files are on your computer, upload them to the Byvano media library first (a ZIP file adds many at once) and use the links from there. Instagram requires media on every post. Facebook also accepts text-only and link posts, so the column can be blank for those.
A row without a Schedule Time is imported as a draft. This is useful when the copy is approved but the dates are not.
A CSV is the simplest route, but it is not the only one. Byvano has a REST API with a posts endpoint, so a script, a store back office or an automation tool can create scheduled posts directly. API keys are created in the dashboard and are limited to the permissions you give them.
Webhooks report what happened to each post, which is what makes unattended bulk scheduling safe: your own system is told when a post is published or when it fails, with the reason.
Both the API and the webhooks are included in the same account. They are not a separate plan.
Up to 500 rows per CSV file. There is no cap on the total number of scheduled posts, so you can import several files.
Instagram Business and Creator accounts and Facebook Pages. Each row of the file targets one of them.
Media, Caption, Hashtags, CTA, Platform and Schedule Time. The header row is required. A ready-made template can be downloaded from the import screen.
The preview marks the row as Error and shows the reason. Nothing is created until you accept the preview, so you can fix the file and upload it again.
Yes. Drop a ZIP file on the same import screen and the images and videos inside it are added to your media library.
Yes. Put the link to the video in the Media column and set Platform to INSTAGRAM. Instagram publishes video as a Reel, and Instagram posts always need media, so the Media column cannot be blank for those rows.
Yes. Until 17 March 2027 every Byvano feature is free with no credit card, and bulk CSV scheduling is part of that.
