QR code
Also known as: Quick response code
A square 2D barcode that encodes a URL, scannable by any modern phone camera to open that URL instantly.
In detail
A QR code is a two-dimensional barcode that encodes a short URL. The modern phone-camera stack reads it without a dedicated app. For social commerce, QR codes let a viewer on one device (desktop screen, physical signage) jump to a mobile destination without typing. Byvano renders a QR for every connected account on each public /u/{handle} profile, so a visitor can scan from another phone to open that account directly in its native app.
Examples
- A storefront window displays a QR to a Byvano profile; passers-by scan it to see the brand's Instagram, YouTube and TikTok at once.
