Bulk scheduling
Also known as: CSV scheduling
Importing many posts at once via a spreadsheet rather than drafting them one at a time in a composer.
In detail
Bulk scheduling is uploading dozens or hundreds of posts in a single file — usually a CSV with one row per post — rather than entering each in the composer. Byvano accepts up to 500 posts per CSV, with columns for destination, scheduled time, caption, media URL, link, hashtags, and first-comment. It is the right workflow for an agency scheduling a quarter of a client's content in one session or a merchant seeding a product-launch cadence across every connected account.
Examples
- An agency drafts 120 posts in Google Sheets, exports as CSV, uploads to Byvano, and the full three-month calendar appears in minutes.
